The Eucalyptus tree is an evergreen native to Australia where the oil has been used for centuries. The oil comes from steam distilling the plant’s long aromatic leaves. Eucalyptus is helpful for a variety of issues including headaches, kidney stones, respiratory issues, inflammation, flu, cold, cough, fever, runny nose, congestion, bronchitis, viral infections, muscle pain, exhaustion, shingles, and much more.

Eucalyptus is a natural cleaning agent. Adding around 10 drops to your laundry helps freshen while inhibiting bacteria and mold growth. Eucalyptus lifts stains from other oils out of fabric. Apply droplets to an oil stain, run through the washer, and see the magic happen! This sometimes take two washes, but it works.

Due to its antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, eucalyptus helps cuts, burns, wounds, and insect sores recovery quickly. Always apply with a carrier oil such as coconut oil.
