Wheatgrass doesn’t conjure the most delicious thoughts, but adding wheatgrass into your diet is so incredibly beneficial. The top benefit for me has been body odor. Unfortunately, we all battle with body odor. I did see relief when I was taking chlorella, but I got out of my routine with chlorella and sort of forgot the benefit. Low and behold wheatgrass entered my life and I realized why I could suddenly wear natural deodorant again.

I’ve tried so many variations of natural deodorant and none of them worked. I used to think, "How could this be a thriving industry? Are all the people praising it lying? Am I a freak of nature?" Nope, apparently I just needed some good old fashioned chlorophyll, which wheatgrass is packed full of.

After about 3 weeks of having a glass of wheatgrass in the mornings, my body odor vanished and I noticed my breath was consistently fresher. I decided to try a natural deodorant I had stashed away and it worked! This alone is enough to make me love wheatgrass, but below are some of the many benefits wheatgrass has to offer. The good news is I can now ditch the aluminum laced deodorants and you can, too!

Gluten Note - If you are gluten-intolerant or have celiac disease, you can still benefit from wheatgrass because the grass is cut before the grain forms.
